Referral Bonus Program Details
To qualify for the referral bonus payment, a candidate needs to be placed by iT2 and either have worked 550 hours in a contract position or have met the guarantee period for a direct/permanent hire position. The bonus will be paid after the related invoice has been paid to iT2.
iT2 internal staff employees, relatives of iT2 internal staff employees, and any client personnel may not participate in this program. iT2 also reserves the right to reject, at its sole discretion, any referral or candidate it deems inappropriate. The referral bonus money amount you receive will be based upon the amount billed to a client as a result of the referral.
