What Are SAP Managed Services?

What is a Direct Placement Hire vs. Contract with an option to HIre (CFH ot CTH)?

iT2 is focused on the SAP Consulting space, however occasionally our clients will request our assistance with identifying a candidate for a full-time (FTE) SAP position. A direct placement hire is when a staffing agency (like iT2) screens potential candidates for your company to hire on a full-time basis (FTE).

We would do the work of identifying, vetting, and matching the best candidates for you. Client/Candidate interviews are conducted, and the Client hires the candidate outright.

Alternatively, an arrangement may be made whereby the candidate starts on a contract basis. Both client and candidate have an opportunity to assess the other’s alignment and fit. Once the both parties agree that it makes sense for the candidate to convert to an FTE, on-boarding begins. Once you’ve hired them on a full-time, they become your employee and you will need to handle them as such.
